About Everbrook
Why Everbrook Was Built
Before Everbrook, I spent over a decade building and managing my own real estate portfolio. What began with renovations and additions grew into apartment development and long-term rental ownership.
As my portfolio expanded, I hired property managers, expecting to step back with confidence. Instead, vacancies were not always approached with the urgency I expected, tenants were left waiting for responses, and repair charges were often difficult to verify without supporting invoices or photos. I also found myself questioning whether decisions were being made with the same care and practical judgment I would apply.
I knew I needed a different approach, so I took over the management of my portfolio and developed the systems I needed as an owner.
Those systems became the foundation of Everbrook. I built the company around the standards I expect for my own properties and the kind of management experience I wanted as an owner.
I named Everbrook after my two daughters because the company was founded to care for the properties I hope to pass on to them one day.

Our team is based in Kitchener and works throughout Waterloo Region.
Although we operate remotely, we remain regularly present at the properties we manage and very accessible to owners and tenants.
This allows us to focus our time and resources where they matter most: at the properties and with the people we serve.
