My Investing Story
Over the past decade, I built a successful real estate portfolio that grew from small renovations and additions into larger developments and long-term holds.

I initially managed my own units, but as my portfolio expanded, I brought in property managers. Within a few years I encountered challenges. Some companies over communicated, while others were unresponsive. Obtaining documentation for maintenance and repairs was difficult, and I felt transparency was lacking. Timely maintenance and vacancy monitoring became issues, compounded by endless invoices and follow ups.

I knew something had to change, so I brought management back in-house and developed streamlined systems based on real experiences.

This led to the creation of Everbrook, founded to share the solutions that worked for my own properties so that fellow owners can experience greater transparency, control, and peace of mind.
