Everbrook was established after I recognitzed that traditional property management often lacks the personal touch and dedication that owners provide. Guided by this insight, I set out to redefine the standards of service by incorporating the care and commitment I manage my own properties with.

Our Investing Story
Over the past decade, we have established a successful real estate investment firm, and portfolio. What started as property renovations and additions, has grown to larger developments and a multi-provincial portfolio.
We initially managed our own units, but as our portfolio expanded beyond Ontario, we transitioned to utilizing property managers for both local and remote properties.
Within two years of this, we encountered challenges. We lacked familiarity with our tenants, faced communication gaps with management companies, and experienced inconsistency in service quality. Some companies inundated us with trivial matters while others were unresponsive. Obtaining supporting documentation for maintenance and repairs was difficult, and transparency was lacking. Timely maintenance and vacancy monitoring became issues, compounded by endless invoices and follow ups.

We decided to bring our management operations back in-house and develop tailored systems based on our firsthand experiences.
This led to the inception of Everbrook, born out of a desire to extend our refined services and expertise to help fellow property owners. Our goal is to deliver unrivalled quality, and service excellence, ensuring an effortless experience for all.
